Group mentoring for women building their creative businesses alongside raising a family.

Three months of support and solidarity. I am now booking for Spring 2023.

“Taking my business from winging it to actually setting goals and making plans!”

Guidance, accountability, community – as creatives we crave these things, aware of the difference feeling truly supported in our business can make. However, I know nurturing these things is easier said than done, and that building a business whilst raising a family can often feel a lot more like barely surviving than thriving!

The Creative Mama Collective aims to give self-employed parents the time and space to focus on their business, gain clarity around their goals and make plans to make things happen. All whilst honouring the overlap between business and motherhood and respecting the ebbs and flows which that brings.

With intimate groups (maximum of 6 people), we’ll be fostering a community of like-minded creatives who will learn and grow together and cheer each other on.

If you want to build a business that’s sustainable both financially and energetically; if you’re keen to feel excited rather than overwhelmed by your to-do list; if you’re ready to embrace a more intentional way in your work; if you want to connect with a group of fellow creative mamas – Then, I would be delighted for you to join us when the very first Creative Mama Collective group gets underway in at the end of May.

Three months of support, guidance and accountability as part of an intimate group of creative business owners.

Now booking for a Spring group.

Throughout three months of working together, I’ll support you in getting really intentional in your creative business. This will involve getting clear on your big picture, exploring your current season in business and life and setting goals from a place of alignment and intention.

We’ll delve into your rhythms and routines, geek out about your processes, and ensure that your business model and pricing serve you well. We’ll also cultivate confidence in your marketing and content planning.

There will be plenty of accountability along the way with regular check-ins in between your monthly calls.  Plus you’ll learn tools and practices to incorporate into your intentional working week for the long term. With bespoke workbooks, journaling prompts and exercises to help you along the way.

With monthly group mentoring sessions and weekly check-ins, this program is intended to be supportive but simple – I’m not here to add to any overwhelm! And as YOU are your most vital business asset I’ll always encourage you to nurture your creativity and prioritise creativity, self-care and rest.

Amy Phipps – Women Who Create

As a business and marketing mentor, I support women, like yourself, as you build your creative business alongside raising your family.

I’m a mother of two myself, so I know all too well how hard it can be to carve out time to focus on your business; working in those in-between times – the naps, evenings, weekends, those snatched moments that never seem to last long enough. I get how exhausting it is. I’ve been there. (I’m often there still!) And, while I can’t tell you that this season of your life won’t feel like a juggle, I do have some solutions for helping it feel like less of a struggle.

I definitely don’t claim to “have all the answers” – in fact, I’ll happily admit that I’m growing and learning all the time – however, I am here to support you in feeling more aligned in your business, your lifestyle, your creative practice and your motherhood journey.

If you’re ready to join me in an intimate group mentoring setting, you can book your spot in the now.
